Now in its 7th year, this exuberant occasion has become popular amongst all levels of chess players in the Hamilton-Russell Chess circle. So join us for a special evening of good chess, great company, and the 'legendary' Curry at the Oriental Club.
We will meet at 6.30pm for refreshments (teas & coffees) in the Smoking Room (on the First Floor) followed by a 7.00pm start of chess games. We will play round-robin ten-minute games (5 minutes a side) to allow rotation. As customary for this occasion, there will be special prizes for the best performers.
Dinner will then be available in the Library (on the Ground Floor) at 9.00pm.
It will feature an Indian Street Food starter, a Curry Buffet, Dessert, accompanied by Club Red and White Wines and, of course, a glass of Port to end this marvellous evening at £75.00 per person.
