Our delivery company will send a one hour time slot as soon as your order leaves the local depot, this is usually by 11:00am. The order will not need to be signed for, the courier will take a photo of it instead in your open doorway as proof it has been delivered. If you are self-isolating, please leave a signed note on your door, advising on where the package can be left.
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure the best possible shipping service. However, we regret that delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We delivery anywhere in the UK Mainland. Please note that for some postcodes the delivery may take up to 72 hours from the time of order: please see reference ma below, Zone A is 48 hours delivery time and Zone B is 72 hours. When will I receive my order?

How much is the delivery?
A delivery cost of £3.50 applies to all orders. We recommend ordering for delivery a day in advance for special occasions to ensure you receive your order in good time.
What if I miss the first delivery attempt? Is the food still safe to eat?
Our courier will provide you with all the information in advance of your delivery to ensure you are at home to receive your parcel. If the driver isn't able to deliver the parcel to a person, he is authorised to leave it at the front door as the contents of the package are perishable. Please ensure you are at home to receive your parcel or leave clear instructions via the tracking details you will be provided with. The package is designed to keep the contents at a same temperature below 8°C for more than 48 hours. If the temperature is above 8°C, please do not consume and contact email@example.com.
